Breathing is such a huge component of yoga. 

If you have ever taken my class, you will know that I am constantly reminding you to breathe.   When you're in yoga and concentrating on a pose people tend to hold their breath.

So blessed to be starting up another session and excited to share the news that returning Yoga Belly mama's are getting a free float!

Have you ever floated before? I did it while pregnant and it was a really intereating experience.  They say it really takes a second float to get used to it and relaxed so I can't wait to go back again soon.
