Baby steps to get to where we're going...

You know the expression "you gotta walk before you run"

We teach our children this all the time.  Things take time to develop, explaining to our kids about not getting frustrated and to just keep practicing whatever skill it is they are trying to master.  So how come we can't take our own advice sometimes?

We will be hosting our first Meet & Greet for past clients to come say hi and catch up and also for new clients to come see what we're all about.

Selfcare Sundays

What did you do this Sunday to treat yourself?

While it might be difficult to find time away from being a mom, taking a break when I have someone willing to watch the kids helps me come back refreshed and ready to tackle the next challenge my kids throw my way.

Sundays are my day for Selfcare, whether that means going for a walk on my own, meeting with some friends, watching a movie or going to the salon, I try to fit something in on Sundays just for ME (big or small).

Santa does yoga?

Santa's belly might not have a baby, but he sure knows how to get into a yoga pose.

Everyone's schedule gets busy during the holidays and that's when we forget to make time for our mind and body.  Take some time out of your busy holiday schedule to get in some "me time."  Whatever that may be for you.  A movie with a friend, dinner at your favorite place, read a book by the fire or just spend an evening at home.  It's okay to say no to some plans this season and use that time to help yourself recharge.
