What did you do this Sunday to treat yourself?

While it might be difficult to find time away from being a mom, taking a break when I have someone willing to watch the kids helps me come back refreshed and ready to tackle the next challenge my kids throw my way.

Sundays are my day for Selfcare, whether that means going for a walk on my own, meeting with some friends, watching a movie or going to the salon, I try to fit something in on Sundays just for ME (big or small).

With the holiday season approaching, selfcare is going to be really important in helping us feel more refreshed and less drained over the next few weeks of celebrations with friends and family.
