Got this from a long time friend and it made me laugh so much. Not sure if she knows, but I really don;t like doing dishes. So it was a good reminder lol.
Most times if we have something we don't like, the act of trying to avoid it just makes it worse than it actually is. For example, I used to dread washing bottles at the end of a long night all I wanted to do was sit and do nothing. But the bottles had to get done for the next day or else I knew it would be chaos in the morning.
I would put it off for as long as I could. And you know what? When I just did it, it didn't even take that long. But the idea of it just seemed worse than it was.
This can be applied to so many situations in life. The idea of working out is worse than the actual work out. And once it's over you'll be glad you did it.
