It's that time again when people are starting to think about their New Years Resolutions....
We are all thinking it, "oh I should work out.... but.... I'm pregnant, so I'm just going to enjoy this time..."
That's all great until you start feeling your body adjust to this new growing baby bump. Did you know that some of my clients who have the best experiences are those who start yoga early? This gives you lots of time to practice all the breathing and meditation techniques throughout pregnancy. You also get to learn which poses work feel good with your changing body. On top of all this you gain a huge support network of other women going through the same things you are. Talk, chat and connect with everyone - it's all about community ladies!
