Lesson of the week is to RECEIVE.
One of my #yogabellymoms asked if I needed help cleaning up after class and my response has always been: "no, it's okay" to which she responded "Receive, Jen"
This got me thinking about the word "receive" all week...
I find that too often I try to do things on our own, not wanting to bother anyone else with whatever it is I am doing.
Like everyone out there, we all hold many roles in life: I am a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, teacher for my children, cook, cleaner, driver, and the list goes on. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that it's okay to receive help. Yes, I know I can do it on my own, but it's also OKAY to have help.
My challenge to you this week is to just allow yourself to RECEIVE and see if it makes you feel any different.
