Everyone's schedule gets busy during the holidays and that's when we forget to make time for our mind and body. Take some time out of your busy holiday schedule to get in some "me time." Whatever that may be for you. A movie with a friend, dinner at your favorite place, read a book by the fire or just spend an evening at home. It's okay to say no to some plans this season and use that time to help yourself recharge.
For our #yogabellymamas we have our prenatal yoga running right up until the week before Christmas. We understand it's hard to get out in the snowy weather, especially when you're pregnant, but once you finish your class you will wish you didn't have to leave.
