We have have a lot of interest from new clients for another introduction to prenatal yoga. This workshop runs for 4 weeks and is intended for clients who are new to yoga and fitness. We know how hard it is to get moving after the first trimester and this 4-week Intro workshop is the place to start.
In this workshop you will learn how to use intention, meditation, ocean breath, techniques for pushing and much more. All the tools you need to continue your prenatal yoga preparation for the rest of your pregnancy.
