Mindful Kids Program 2022

So excited to share this program with you all.

The class focuses on mindfulness and movement.  Techniques taught include: learning about calming breathwork, body awareness and emotional regulation.  Techniques taught are not spiritual or religious.  

Here’s what you need to know:

  • each class is 45-minutes to keep your kids moving and learning the whole time
  • Each class will have 2 instructors present
  • mat spaces will be designated and kids will be distanced
  • masks are required

Age groups we are offering right now:

10-10:45am (ages: 5 to 7 years) – BOOK NOW

11-11:45am (ages: 8 to 10 years) – BOOK NOW
