I’m resetting my body and mind with my own plant-based reset.Started plant based eating over a decade ago but always was back and forth with staying plant based.Well let’s reset again. 2020.Here we go.Why am I doing it?-reduce risk of disease-our teeth and digestive tracks are not made to be carnivores– I want to feel better (less sluggish)– my eczema was so much better when I was vegan and I want that skin again– reduce bloat and inflammation
