I’m resetting my body and mind with my own plant-based reset. Started plant based eating over a decade ago but always was back and forth with staying plant based. Well let’s reset again. 2020. Here we go. Why am I doing it? -reduce risk of disease -our teeth and digestive tracks are not made to be carnivores – I want to feel better (less sluggish) – my eczema was so much better when I was vegan and I want that skin again – reduce bloat and inflammation
