The Institute of Medicine recommends 10 eight ounce glasses of water each day for pregnancy. 🙄how many glasses of water did you get in today?

Not pregnant? The Institute of Medicine recommends 91 ounces/day for women. 

Now don't go chugging your quota so quickly. Bring water into your regular daily routine and keep hydrated by sipping throughout the day. This will help reduce the "gotta pee like RIGHT NOW" kinds of moments. Lol.
