Our 4-week Intro to Prenatal Yoga Workshop has now moved online and we are excited to offer two upcoming sessions in 2021. This workshop is 30% education, 70% movement/exercise.
Each week we discuss a new topic and practice using these tools in your yoga practice. All levels are welcome. This class is for pregnant women only (no partners).

SESSION 1 THURSDAY’s @6:45 pm- JAN 14, 21, 28 & FEB 4
SESSION 2 – WEDNESDAY’s @ 6:30pm – FEB 3, 10, 17, 24
You will learn:
- how to use meditation for labour
- learn about pelvic floor exercises + how to use in yoga
- pranayama (breathing) for labour & pushing
- poses to that will help through pregnancy, labour and delivery.
Spots are limited. Intimate classes help to build a sense of community with other women.
