Our Intro to Prenatal Yoga Workshop has now moved online.
This workshop is 30% education, 70% movement/exercise.
Each week we discuss a new topic and practice using these tools in your yoga practice. All levels are welcome. This class is for pregnant women only (no partners).

You will learn:
- how to use meditation for labour
- learn about pelvic floor exercises + how to use in yoga
- pranayama (breathing) for labour & pushing
- poses to that will help through pregnancy, labour and delivery.
Only 5 spots available. Intimate classes help to build a sense of community with other women.
