Breathing is such a huge component of yoga.
If you have ever taken my class, you will know that I am constantly reminding you to breathe. When you're in yoga and concentrating on a pose people tend to hold their breath.
Join our class and learn how using something as simple as your breath can help you get through labour and delivery.
So blessed to be starting up another session and excited to share the news that returning Yoga Belly mama's are getting a free float!
Have you ever floated before? I did it while pregnant and it was a really intereating experience. They say it really takes a second float to get used to it and relaxed so I can't wait to go back again soon.
Congratulations Sarah and we hope you enjoy your massage!
Thank you to Solace Natural Health & Massage Therapy Centre for pampering a Yoga Belly Mama!
... about PELVIC HEALTH pre and post-pregnancy, that is.
Kegels? Pelvic Floor Muscles? Diastasis Recti? Pregnancy Incontinence? Post-pregnancy issues?
Have you heard these terms, but not sure who to see or how to start researching about these topics?
Yoga Belly's got your covered. One of the benefits of being a #yogabellymom is that we bring the resources TO YOU.
I came across Love Powered Co., a local company with such a great mission - helping empower the next generation. Giving them confidence and self-love. Not only are these cards great to read to your kids, I truly believe that by reading them to your little ones, you will also help fuel yourself with positive self-talk.
So excited to share these new intention bracelets with my prenatal yoga clients!
Made with love and shared with my moms-to-be to help remind them of the intentions they set for their pregnancy, labour or delivery. I picked a perfect stone for my prenatal mamas - stay tuned to find out which one I chose.
