Bet you didn't know I ate a plant-based diet for a few years while living away from home. It was too easy to have take out and reheat processed foods living on my own. So I committed to eating like a vegan to ensure I didn't come home after my PhD fat, sick and nearly dead. That's a movie people... did you get the reference???

Wow, we had such a great turnout and response about our January programs that we are fully booked at both our Markham and Stouffville locations!
Excited to open up registration for February. A new Intro to Prenatal Yoga is opened on Monday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Spaces are limited so book soon to ensure you have a spot.
Starting 2019 out right.
Finished an amazing Meet and Greet event at Float Valley in Markham this past Saturday. Thank you to everyone who came out.
I left the event with such a gratitude high. I did not expect so many people to come out. It was so nice to see some of our past clients and their families. I had new faces come out just to say hi. It was just amazing!
A big thank you to those who sponsored the event Float Valley, Prenatal Ease, Mama Lo's Bakery and Kitchen, Mandi Mugginz, Aura Stone Designs, Lululemon and Pampers.
We have some amazing businesses supporting our Meet & Greet event on Sat. January 5th from 10am to 12pm at Float Valley.
Our Meet and Greet session is a great way to get to know your teacher, the programs and chat with other clients who have been through the program (and continue to come). We will have some great raffle prizes, giveaways, snack and refreshments. At 11:30am we will offer our free Mama Meditation Class. So come and enjoy the morning with us!
Yogi's are always the most interesting people I meet. They come from all walks of life with the most interesting journeys. I often find that yogi's have an "a-ha" moment in life where they want to slow down and de-stress from work/life. It's hard to stop living the life you think you're supposed to have and start enjoying the life you want. Most times, it's our ego's holding us back. "what will people think of me?" It's definitely hard to live outside the box of what our society has deemed "normal" but so freeing once you figure out what works for you.
Baby steps to get to where we're going...
You know the expression "you gotta walk before you run"
We teach our children this all the time. Things take time to develop, explaining to our kids about not getting frustrated and to just keep practicing whatever skill it is they are trying to master. So how come we can't take our own advice sometimes?
What better way to get to know us by coming to meet us and chat?
We will be hosting our first Meet & Greet for past clients to come say hi and catch up and also for new clients to come see what we're all about.
We have some amazing giveaways and delicious snacks just for showing up.
So bring a friend, partner or your kids to this event.
RSVP online on eventbrite and get an additional chance to enter our giveaways!
