We all need a little "Me time" in life. 

I hear it all too often.  My clients saying they feel guilty when they take a little "Me time"

But I tell them all the time, we need to do something to help ourselves reset so we can come back to the situation refreshed and ready to tackle more night time feeds, toddler tantrums, poopy diapers, laundry and all the good stuff too of course (LOL).  

What do you do for YOU?

Find something.  A walk for some fresh air, a coffee, dinner out with a friend, or a yoga class?

We had our 3rd session of 2019 start up this week and it reminds me of the amazing journey Yoga Belly has had.  SO grateful for all the women and families we have met along this journey and we hope that the tools and tips we provide during pregnancy is something that will stick with all our clients off the mat.  

Love hearing from our mamas and how breathing and yoga helped them during pregnancy.  To all my past clients, reach out and say hi if you want, we love hearing from you.

Let's Get Hands-On - A Workshop For Both Partners, is the perfect workshop for both partners to prepare physically and mentally for pregnancy and labour. Juicer Review

In case you missed it, we started juicing with the family again.  When you start looking into a juicer it can be overwhelming with the number of juicers on the market.  So we decided to share about the two we've tried and what we like and don't like about them.

Now for those who don't know, there are many different types of juicers on the market.  We have tried a centrifugal juicer (Breville) and a low-masticating juicer (Omega).  There are also other more expensive ones out there, but we needed something that fit our family's budget and lifestyle (i.e. time efficient).

Something so simple, but so crucial in everything we do.

Life takes a community.  Whether it's for work, home life, recreational - we all need support from others to truly succeed.  This doesn't mean that you can't do things on your own, of course independence is an important factor as well.  But, we can't always be a one WOman show.

For example, work tasks almost always go beyond your department/scope at some point.  You will need to communicate and work with others outside your self to support whatever project you're working on.
