Did you know our classes are small and intimate? We only have 5 clients per class to allow for more one-on-one time to address your specific needs. Students of all levels welcome. Each week we talk about something new, introducing breathing techniques for labour, pelvic floor contractions, intention setting and postures for breathing. This class is not to be missed if you're having a baby.
We all need a little "Me time" in life.
I hear it all too often. My clients saying they feel guilty when they take a little "Me time"
But I tell them all the time, we need to do something to help ourselves reset so we can come back to the situation refreshed and ready to tackle more night time feeds, toddler tantrums, poopy diapers, laundry and all the good stuff too of course (LOL).
What do you do for YOU?
Find something. A walk for some fresh air, a coffee, dinner out with a friend, or a yoga class?
We had our 3rd session of 2019 start up this week and it reminds me of the amazing journey Yoga Belly has had. SO grateful for all the women and families we have met along this journey and we hope that the tools and tips we provide during pregnancy is something that will stick with all our clients off the mat.

Let's Get Hands-On - A Workshop For Both Partners, is the perfect workshop for both partners to prepare physically and mentally for pregnancy and labour. Hosted by Melissa Wong of Markham Pelvic Health, Shannon Kaupp (Midwife at Markham-Stouffville Midwives), and Jen Lam of Yoga Belly, this hands-on event will leave you feeling more connected as partners in pregnancy and labour as well as parents to-be.
